Account Executive Full Time
Website Depot is an accomplished award winning web boutique. We’ve won several awards in addition to being a Google Partner. Our focus is on SEO, marketing, e-commerce, and web design. Located in Silver Lake, we’re a small but growing team of motivated and goal oriented individuals. With fifteen years of experience Website Depot is well established and expanding our reach. We are seeking an Account Executive to work on a full-time basis. Must be motivated, dedicated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Also must be a personable and friendly individual eager to work with coworkers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Department by handling multiple accounts independently with the ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting adhering to deadlines
- Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Generating new business opportunities while tracking your activity in a CRM
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ability to track, monitor, and report on projects with clients
- Interact professionally with clients and staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of selling experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work 40hrs./week
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
