SET UP PROCESS – Check List

  1. Set up professional profile & banner pictures (profile picture should be mainly just text logo, so it can be readable if you like something
  2. Make sure to have your url, phone number and main keyword hastag in your description
  3. Make sure you have long description, url, phone numbers, fax numbers, emails, etc all field possible filled is as much as possible, definitely filled in more than your competitor
  4. Add 30+ photos under photo section, tweet 30 photos, make galleries, upload videos
  5. Make post on each of social media for each other, for example tweet out your facebook link, pinterest link, yelp link, youtube link, then do the same on Facebook, etc.
  6. Select best category
  7. Share 5 times your url, for example to home page (Check out our re-designed relaunched website), contact us page (contact 5 star rated service provider #cotnactus + url), blog page, testimonials, gallery, etc

WEEKLY TO DO:

  1. Make a post, that can be reposted on all of the social medias
  2. Follow, like, add additional 50 people to your circles
  3. Make a blog post and have it get shared with Jet Pack to all major social media account automatically
  4. Respond to the new reviews given to you by your clients
  5. Join your field communities
  6. Share recent news in your field, find them via Goole News search
  7. Follow your customers on social media
  8. Search for your brand name hastag and re-share or (retweet), comment to person  posting, etc
  9. Share your old blog posts from last year or previous month
  10. Share your old video you  have made long time ago, while you working on new one
  11. Add 5-10 photos to photo tab or galleries
  12. Share your latest 5 star Yelp or Google Plus review
  13. Make a infographic or share the old one you have made in the past (and it hasn’t been shared for more than month)

MONTHLY TO DO:

  1. Change Banner one month, next month profile picture, then banner again
  2. Create new list, participate in your field communities
  3. Create new album, update your description,
  4. Add promotions
