The Problem

The attorneys at LA Injury Group came to Website Depot to discuss their main goals: rank at the top of Google and generate more leads. Unfortunately, its online presence wasn’t felt. When the WD team tried to search for the firm on Google with the personal injury key phrase, the law firm’s website wasn’t on the top of the page. It wasn’t on the second page either. It meant that the firm had no visible presence online. And it was the reason its potential clients couldn’t find it. Hence, the attorneys reached out to Website Depot to assist them with their goals.

The Solution

Website Depot conducted a thorough technical site audit to find some missing pieces. The team found numerous issues. The firm had no robust on-page strategy. There was no metadata, no internal links, etc. Its content was insufficient with a few blog posts and an About Us page. From Google’s standpoint, it couldn’t understand what the site was all about. Thus, the problem of not getting traffic through search engines. Since the law firm’s services are ideal for local residents, the WD team implemented a hyper-local keyword strategy to push keyword rankings related to the geographic services areas. The team also started a Google Ads campaign to further the effort.


From the last page of Google to the first page, the strategies worked in just 6 months. The law firm started to see its ranking move up even for competitive keywords such as “personal injury California” and “Los Angeles accident lawyer.” The new organic traffic led to more than 100 client lead calls each month from the site. WD team also optimized the law firm’s Google Maps listing and saw an additional 133 more monthly calls. With the implementation of a thorough Google Ads campaign, the law firm has expanded its presence across the digital space and grown its leads.
